Tuning Enlightenment

As a result of attending summer schools and searching websites, I acquired and started to read various articles about the bagpipe scale, how it differed from the classical Western musical scales and how the bagpipe notes were related to each other.  I also did some investigative work myself, using rather simple devices, which are described on other pages.  And eventually (and rather recently) I formed an understanding of this topic - which I think is correct.
